Tue-01-Jul-2025 [h] (0-2) W3-2 Inverness Caledonian Thistle (Friendly)
– An insipid and sloppy first-half from Thistle seen the visitors 2-up within 15 minutes and it could've been worse by h-t but for some poor finishing. On resumption, the difference was night and day, an energetic press paying big dividends in a whirlwind 4 minutes that turned the match on its head. Stanway took advantage of a loose ball in the box (51), Chalmers swept home sweetly (52) and Stanway placed an instep beauty into the postage stamp (54). The proverbial game of two halves.
Sat-01-Jul-1995 [h] (0-1) W3-1 Keflavík (Intertoto Cup Group 6 - game 2)
– Thistle took the first half to come to life in the heat and trailed 1-0 at half-time but in the second half they ran out clear winners. Craig's header put them level (52) then 2 goals by Smith (a right-foot shot, 69 and when he finished off good work by Grant, 81) put the tie beyond Keflavik. Onwards to Le Crunch in Metz!
