 Kalen Damessi was born on Wednesday, 28th March, 1990, in Toulouse, Occitanie. The 6' 0½ (12st 6lbs) forward joined Alan Archibald's Thistle for a trial in July, 2014, having most recently been with Lille B. Aged 24, he made his only appearance on Saturday, 19th July, 2014, in a 1-1 friendly draw away to Dumbarton. There were no goals for Kalen in his one-off appearance for Thistle. His club-list included Toulouse B, Jura Sud, Lille B, Partick Thistle, Quevilly-Rouen, Concarneau, Sedan and Stade Poitevin. |

 This Toulouse-born striker spent his full-time playing days in the 4th to 6th tier of French football and, through his parentage, gained international recognition with Togo from 2012 to 2017, winning 10 caps and scoring once in a 1-1 World Cup Qualifier draw vs. Libya in June 2012. Transitioning from his days as a player, Kalen became prominent as a media consultant, acting as a sports analyst and pundit for television networks like NCI (Nouvelle Chaîne Ivoirienne) and radio programmes, regularly providing tactical commentary on international tournaments, African football, and major European matches. He also founded the Goal de Vie Academy, regularly hosting elite youth football training camps to mentor the next generation of players.
