Thomas English was born on Sunday, 25th December, 1983, in Easington. The 5' 10 (11st 13lbs) midfielder signed for Derek Whyte & Gerry Britton's Thistle on Monday, 23rd February, 2004, having most recently been with Livingston. Aged 20, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 28th February, 2004, in a 3-0 defeat away to Motherwell in the Scottish Premier League. There were no goals for Tommy during his spell with Thistle. He played his second and last game for the club on Tuesday, 9th March, 2004, in a 0-0 draw away to Aberdeen in the Scottish Premier League. Tommy's club-list included Newcastle United, Livingston, Partick Thistle, Queen of the South, Durham City and Spennymoor Town. |
