Bio Extra

Steve Welsh's Thistle story is a similar one to that of Tommy Turner and Nicky Walker. Formerly in the army, Steve returned to his native Scotland from Peterborough halfway through the 94/95 season and his strength and pace became a malor asset in the heart of the Thistle defence.
