Stephen Connor was born on Friday, 27th January, 1989, in The Wirral. The 5' 7½ (10st 4lbs) forward temporarily transferred to Ian McCall's Thistle on Friday, 3rd August, 2007, from his parent club, Everton. Aged 18, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 4th August, 2007, in a 1-1 draw away to Stirling Albion in the SFL First Division. There were no goals for Stephen during his spell with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Tuesday, 28th August, 2007, in a 0-0 win (on pens aet) at home to St Johnstone in the League Cup, having appeared as a Jag on 3 occasions. Stephen's club-list included Everton, Partick Thistle, Rotherham United, The New Saints, Bangor City, Airbus UK Broughton, Conwy Borough and Colwyn Bay. |
