Sean David Kilgannon was born on Sunday, 8th March, 1981, in Stirling. The 5' 10 (10st 7lbs) midfielder signed for Dick Campbell's Thistle on Wednesday, 20th July, 2005, having most recently been with Ross County. Aged 24, he made his debut appearance on Wednesday, 20th July, 2005, in a 0-0 friendly draw at home to Sheffield Wednesday. Sean scored his first goal for Thistle on Saturday, 23rd July, 2005, in a 3-2 friendly defeat at home to Hamilton Academical. He scored the last of his 3 goals on Saturday, 17th September, 2005, in a 2-2 draw away to Gretna in the SFL Second Division. He played his last game for the club on Sunday, 14th May, 2006, in a 2-1 win (on pens aet) away to Peterhead in a League play-off match, having appeared as a Jag on 37 occasions. Sean's club-list included Middlesbrough, Dunfermline Athletic, Ross County, Partick Thistle, Raith Rovers, Forfar Athletic and Camelon. |
