Osman Jovan Kakay was born on Thursday, 17th September, 1992, in Westminster, London.

The 5' 11 (11st 5lbs) defender temporarily transferred to Gary Caldwell's Thistle on Monday, 2nd September, 2019, from his parent club, Queens Park Rangers.

Aged 22, he made his debut appearance on Friday, 13th September, 2019, in a 1-1 draw away to Arbroath in the SPFL Championship.

There were no goals for Osman during his time with Thistle.

He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 28th December, 2019, in a 2-1 win away to Greenock Morton in the SPFL Championship, having appeared as a Jag on 13 occasions.

At August, 2025, his club-list included Queens Park Rangers, Livingston, Chesterfield, Partick Thistle, Boavista and Košice.
