Neil McKilligan was born on Wednesday, 2nd January, 1974, in Falkirk. The 5' 10 (11st 0lbs) midfielder signed for John Lambie's Thistle on Saturday, 12th June, 1993 (after a trial period), having most recently been with Southampton. Aged 19, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 10th April, 1993, in a 1-0 defeat at home to Falkirk in the SFL Premier Division. There were no goals for Neil during his time with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 4th September, 1993, in a 2-1 defeat away to Heart of Midlothian in the SFL Premier Division, having appeared as a Jag on 12 occasions. Neil's club-list included Southampton, Partick Thistle, Ayr United, Raith Rovers and Albion Rovers. |
