In glorious weather Thistle started at a blistering pace and Park headed the opener (2) then Johnston drove home a Park corner (14). Jardine hit the bar with a magnificent 30-yarder. Thistle dominated and Jardine did the same again but this time he scored (70). A pen by Watson made it 4-0 (75). Still fighting.
