Exciting, scrappy, nervy. Somner gave Thistle the lead (32) after a Melrose shot was blocked. Park and Houston were in fine form and 2nd bottom Hearts looked well beaten even before Park's solo goal (89) eased Thistle's relegation worries. Ex-JAGs Craig and McQuade (both Hearts' subs) looked dejected.
