McQuade (a 25-yard run, beating several defenders) and Bone (a tap in from a rebound off the keeper) gave Thistle a 2-0 lead (22) but they fell apart in the second half. Dumbarton pulled things level (57) and although Bone headed in a rebound off the bar (63), Dumbarton (with ex-JAG Muir) deserved their equaliser from a Strachan OG (71).
