| The 1968-69 final replay held over from 15 April. Thistle failed to take advantage of an uninspiring Rangers' performance. Bone equalised an earlier goal (53) and they had their best spell but Rangers went 3-1 up. There was time for a Flanagan pen (87) then jittery Rangers resorted to time-wasting. |
