• TCM (our discovery source for this match!) reports that it was 3-1 to Celtic and that McFarlane netted a brace. The contemporary source for that claim is not known to us, but 2-1 is reported in GH/DR/EEN/GLO, with just a single goal for McFarlane, so we go with that majority view.
