notes
  • Just another match against Airdrie! Parry fouled Airdrie player J Young at which point the Airdrie linesman took it upon himself to run on to the pitch to instruct the referee what to do next. Young made for Parry and they came to blows. The referee promptly sent both of them off - only to signal that they could come back on. The crowd “threatened to be outrageous and wiser counsel prevailed”. Both were suspended on 16/2 until 16/3.
