Kyle Hutton was born on Tuesday, 5th February, 1991, in Cambuslang, South Lanarkshire.

The 6' 2½ (12st 2lbs) midfielder temporarily transferred to Jackie McNamara's Thistle on Friday, 9th September, 2011, from his parent club, Rangers.

Aged 20, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 10th September, 2011, in a 2-2 draw away to Ross County in the SFL First Division.

There were no goals for Kyle during his time with Thistle.

He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 10th December, 2011, in a 2-1 win away to Greenock Morton in the SFL First Division, having appeared as a Jag on 12 occasions.

At August, 2025, Kyle's club-list included Rangers, Partick Thistle, Dunfermline Athletic, Queen of the South, St Mirren, Airdrieonians, Dumbarton, East Kilbride, Cowdenbeath, Forfar Athletic, Pollok, Darvel and Gartcairn Juniors.
