 Joseph McGovern was born on Wednesday, 2nd March, 1994, in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh. The 5' 10 (11st 5lbs) goalkeeper joined Alan Archibald's Thistle for a trial in July, 2016, having most recently been with Dundee United. Aged 22, he made his only appearance on Tuesday, 5th July, 2016, in a 0-0 friendly draw away to Raith Rovers. In doing so, Joe joined the goalies' clean-sheet debutant's club. At August, 2022, Joe's club-list included Eniskillen Town United, Dundee United, Clyde, Montrose, East Fife, Partick Thistle, Forfar Athletic, Cowdenbeath and Harland & Wolff Welders. |
