Geoffrey Edward Ramer Aunger was born on Sunday, 4th February, 1968, in Red Deer, Alberta. The 5' 11 (12st 2lbs) midfielder joined John Lambie's Thistle for a trial period in July, 1994, having most recently been with Luton Town. Aged 26, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 30th July, 1994, in a 2-0 friendly win away to Derry City. There were no goals for Jeff during his spell with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Thursday, 4th August, 1994, in a 1-0 friendly win away to Portadown, having appeared as a Jag on 3 occasions. Jeff's club-list included Vancouver 86ers, Winnipeg Fury, Victoria Vistas, Hamilton Steelers, London Lasers, Luton Town, Partick Thistle, Chester City, Milwaukee Wave, New England Revolution, Stockport County, Seattle Sounders, D.C. United and Colorado Rapids. |
