George Anthony Moncur was born on Wednesday, 18th August, 1993, in Swindon, Wiltshire. The 5' 9 (12st 4lbs) midfielder signed for Alan Archibald's Thistle on Friday, 31st January, 2014, having most recently been with West Ham United. Aged 20, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 15th March, 2014, in a 1-0 defeat away to Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the SPFL Premiership. George scored his only goal for Thistle on Saturday, 10th May, 2014, in a 3-2 defeat at home to Ross County in the SPFL Premiership. That goal came in his second and final appearance for the club. At August, 2025, George's club-list included West Ham United, Wimbledon, Partick Thistle, Colchester United, Barnsley, Peterborough United, Luton Town, Hull City, Leyton Orient, Southend United and Ebbsfleet United. |
