Gavin Duncan was born on Tuesday, 7th August, 1973, in Glasgow.

The 5' 10 (10st 7lbs) defender signed for John Lambie's Thistle on Saturday, 1st August, 1992, having most recently been with Partick Thistle U-18.

Aged 25, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 17th July, 1999, in a 2-0 defeat away to Livingston in the Motorola Cup .

There were no goals for Gavin during his time with Thistle.

He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 6th May, 2000, in a 3-2 defeat away to Arbroath in the SFL Second Division, having appeared as a Jag on 25 occasions.

Gavin's club-list included Partick Thistle, Arthurlie, Stenhousemuir and Auchinleck Talbot.

Right back who completed a second spell with Thistle having previously been part of the youth set up at Firhill. Never made any first team apps as a youngster at the club and after a spell in the juniors, his return to Firhill in season 99/00 but only lasted one year before he was freed.
