Finlay Brough was born on Saturday, 29th October, 1881, in Dunblane, Stirlingshire. The forward signed for George Easton's Thistle on Saturday, 6th May, 1905. Aged 23, he made his only appearance on Saturday, 13th May, 1905, in a 3-0 defeat away to Third Lanark in the Glasgow League. There were no goals for Finlay in his one-off appearance for Thistle. His club-list included Dunblane and Partick Thistle. Finlay died on Friday, 4th November, 1955, in Dunblane, Stirlingshire, aged 74. |
