 Darren Simon Brady was born on Saturday, 11th April, 1981, in Glasgow. The 5' 9 (11st 0lbs) midfielder signed for Dick Campbell's Thistle on Thursday, 27th January, 2005, having most recently been with Raith Rovers. Aged 23, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 12th February, 2005, in a 1-1 draw at home to Airdrie United in the SFL First Division. Darren scored his first goal for Thistle on Saturday, 23rd July, 2005, in a 3-2 friendly defeat at home to Hamilton Academical. He scored the last of his 7 goals on Saturday, 16th December, 2006, in a 3-2 defeat at home to Livingston in the SFL First Division. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 28th April, 2007, in a 0-0 draw at home to Livingston in the SFL First Division, having clocked up 101 appearances as a Jag. Darren's club-list included Airdrieonians, Dundee United, Livingston, Raith Rovers, Partick Thistle, Ross County, Forfar Athletic and Pollok. |
