Daniel Gerard Devine was born on Monday, 7th September, 1992, in Antrim, County Antrim.

The 6' 0 (11st 0lbs) defender signed for Alan Archibald's Thistle on Thursday, 16th June, 2016, having most recently been with Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Aged 23, he made his debut appearance on Wednesday, 29th June, 2016, in a 6-0 friendly win away to Cirencester Town.

Danny scored his one and only goal for Thistle on Friday, 12th January, 2018, in a 2-1 neutral-venue friendly win away to Shanghai Shenhua.

He played his last game for the club on Thursday, 17th May, 2018, in a 2-1 defeat away to Livingston in the SPFL Premiership play-off Final, having appeared as a Jag on 78 occasions.

At May, 2021, Danny's club-list included Linfield, Preston North End, Fleetwood Town, Wrexham, Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Partick Thistle and Dunfermline Athletic.
