 Carl Ronald Joseph Magnay was born on Friday, 20th January, 1989, in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. The 6' 1 (12st 6lbs) defender joined Alan Archibald's Thistle for a trial period in July, 2014, having most recently been with Gateshead. Aged 25, he made his debut appearance on Wednesday, 9th July, 2014, in a 3-1 friendly win away to F.C. Pinatar. There were no goals for Carl during his spell with Thistle. He played his second and last game for the club on Saturday, 12th July, 2014, in a 4-0 neutral-venue friendly defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion. Carl's club-list included Chelsea, Milton Keynes Dons, Northampton Town, Gateshead, Partick Thistle, Grimsby Town, Hartlepool United and Spennymoor Town. |
