Andrew Arrol was born on Thursday, 13th March, 1969, in Dundee.

The goalkeeper joined Billy Lamont's Thistle for a trial in July, 1987, having most recently been with Stenhousemuir.

Aged 18, he made his only appearance on Saturday, 25th July, 1987, in a 0-0 neutral-venue friendly draw against East Stirlingshire.

In doing so, Andy joined the goalies' clean-sheet debutant's club.

Andy's club-list included Stenhousemuir, Partick Thistle and Clydebank.
